Genie TV’s new original drama Evillive tells the story of a lawyer who meets an absolute villain and transforms into an elite villain.
Director Kim Jung-min, who directed OCN’s Bad Guys and Netflix’s original series Remarriages and Desires, spearheads the production and predicts the birth of a bold crime noir.
Shin Ha Kyun takes on the role of Han Dong-soo in the play. Dong-soo is a lawyer who gets a job by blindly asking for a visit from an inmate who is not familiar with the situation. Although he is usually rational and reasonable, his inner desire wriggles and he crosses the line and steps into the world of evil.
Next, Kim Young Kwang plays the role of Seo Do-young, a former baseball player, which is far from the stereotype of a gangster that people usually think of. He is a perfect handsome man on the outside, but behind his sleek face hides a cruel and unpredictable madness.
Shin Jae Ha takes on the role of Han Beom-jae, Shin Ha-kyun’s half-brother and case broker. Beom-jae, who works at a second-hand computer store, introduces his older brother to lucrative cases.
Evillive will be released for the first time in October through Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA.
