Acquainting viewers about the world and various human groups that the surviving Green Home residents will encounter outside, Netflix releases new stills heightening the interest of the viewers.
In a world where desire turns monstrous, Sweet Home Season 2 follows Green Home survivors and Hyun-su all fighting to survive in new places, while otherworldly beings and mysterious phenomena emerge.

Captured in the photos are events and people encountered in the expanded world beyond Green Home.
The released stills stimulate curiosity with the appearance of various characters who face greater confusion, crisis, and monsterization after leaving Green Home. The city that was devastated by the monsterization incident was more destructive than expected.
Unlike Sang-wook (Lee Jin Wook), a special infection filled with hatred for humans, Hyun-soo (Song Kang), who does not forget that he is human, faces the reality of the government’s vaccine development at the Bamseom Special Disaster Base.
In the stadium that has become their new home, the survivors, without exception, whether they are humans or monsters, live according to the established order under the protection and control of the Guardian soldiers. Chief Ji, the general manager of facility management portrayed by Kim Shin Rok, is an essential figure in the stadium, but her subtle facial expressions that do not reveal her true intentions create tension.
The story will be intertwined with the desires of the new stadium residents, including Jun-il (Kim Dong-young) who came with his sick mother, Seon-hwa (Yoon Se-ah) who lives in a fantasy, and Ye-seul (Yang Hye-ji) who calls Chief Ji her mother. Expectations are gathering.
There are also those who choose life outside the stadium. Lee Kyung (Lee Si Young), who is raising her child (Kim Si-young) alone on an abandoned ship after an abnormal birth, and street survivors Ho-sang (Hyun Bong-sik) and Ha-ni (Chae Won-bin), are exposed to the risk of being attacked by monsters at any moment in the ruined city. This raises curiosity as to why they chose to live outside the stadium instead.
Director Lee Eung-bok described the various human groups at the stadium foreshadowing a more expansive and in-depth story.
“Monsters are not only on the outside, but also have a strong presence inside each person. We can accept the appearance of lovers, friends, and family members who have changed into non-humans overnight. I wanted to ask the question of whether they can survive and how long those who managed to survive will be able to maintain their humanity.”
Sweet Home Season 2 premieres on December 1, only on Netflix.
