Netflix Announces December Premiere For “Money Heist: Korea” Joint Economic Area PART II

Money Heist Korea Part II is on a mission to reveal to the world who the real thieves are! 

Buckle up, Money Heist fans! Professor (Yoo Ji Tae) conspiring won’t come to an end in Part 1. On November 11, Netflix announced that Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area PART II will return on December 9. That means the gang’s back again on track!

 

 

Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area is a crime drama series based on the Spanish series La Casa de Papel directed by Kim Hong-Sun (Voice, Black). The story depicts a group of thieves joining forces to execute the largest heist in the world.

The second part of this Korean remake will have six (6) thrilling episodes starring Yoo Ji-Tae (Old Boy, Healer), Kim Yunjin (Shiri, Lost), Park Hae-Soo (Squid Game, Prison Playbook), Jeon Jong-Seo (The Call, Burning), & Lim Ji Yeo.

In the Korean adaptation, North and South Korea are preparing to peacefully reunite while on the edge of printing a new unified currency. The Genius Strategist Professor tries to commit a historic theft on the Korean Peninsula by gathering a top-class thieves gang from the North and South to snatch the new currency straight out of the mint. However, the police team recognized that the robbers have more associates than their team.

In today’s teaser, Seoul, a brand-new character was introduced. The girl assumed that she heard about them from the professor. Welcome 2 Life’s Im Ji Yeon will give life to Seoul’s character.
